Sevi Grande is the larger of the two houses and can accommodate up to 10 people. It measures 200 sq m, and displays the impressive architecture of a historical mansion. Built of stone and traditional materials, it is completely harmonious with its natural environment. The numerous amenities and comforts the villa has to offer its guests cover all the needs of modern living one can wish for in accommodation.

Entering the residence, one is impressed by the decorative style. The ground floor features a large living room with traditional furniture, a large office, sofas, and its fireplace, for special winter moments. On the right are two bedrooms with double beds and a romantic tone in their decoration, with each their own private bathroom. There is a staircase leading to the upstairs, while to the left one will find the kitchen and an exit that leads to the back of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and a spacious dining table. Of note is the pleasant surprise of the traditional Cretan Diet books, which are a great resource to either browse or even to try one’s hand at their own local meals! The impressive wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the house, consisting of three bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), accompanied by two full bathrooms. A large number of amenities, such as wireless internet, CD player, satellite TV, and air conditioning throughout make one’s stay easy and enjoyable.
A particular point of reference is also the outdoor grounds with its flowers, herbs, beautiful vegetation, and unique corners with their antiques, representing images and memories from the past. In the back yard of the villa is a fully equipped outdoor barbecue area, a large wooden pergola for shade, and a wooden table for lively family get-togethers and lunches or dinners with friends. A few stone steps lead to the large private pool, tucked in the verdant hillside area of 60 sq m (with the children’s corner) together with its amenities, which include sun umbrellas and seating for relaxing moments by the pool, is set within the particularly striking natural surroundings and beautiful views. The built-in barbecue, poolside, is another opportunity for special culinary delights. Finally, at the entrance of the complex there is a private parking area that can accommodate our guests’ cars.
