Entering the residence, one is impressed by the decorative style. The ground floor features a large living room with traditional furniture, a desk, a sofa, and its fireplace, for special winter moments. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances, and a large dining table seating 8 people. Of note is the pleasant surprise of the traditional Cretan Diet books, which are a great resource to either browse or even to try one’s hand at their own local meals! A wooden staircase to the right of the living room leads to the first floor of the house, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, featuring romantic tones in its decoration, and a fully equipped bathroom with shower including a hydromassage. A large number of amenities, such as wireless internet, CD player, satellite TV, and air conditioning throughout make one’s stay easy and enjoyable.
A particular point of reference is also the outdoor grounds, with its flowers, herbs, beautiful vegetation, as well as the unique corners with their antiques, representing images and memories from the past. In front there is a large wooden pergola offering shade, and a wooden table for lively family get-togethers and lunches or dinners with friends. The private swimming pool of the house, measuring 30 sq m, together with its amenities, which include sun umbrellas and seating for relaxing moments by the pool, is set within the particularly striking natural surroundings and beautiful views. The built-in outdoor barbecue, poolside, is another opportunity for special culinary delights.
